Founder’s Perspective
Richard Golfin III is an internationally recognized healthcare executive specializing in the intersection of Enterprise Risk, Privacy, and System-Level Innovation. Most recently, Richard served as Chief Compliance Officer and Chief Privacy Officer leading Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, and Regulatory Affairs for a $3B+ nonprofit health plan serving over 400,000 members. His leadership has been instrumental in ensuring operational resilience and instittutional excellence across Medi-Cal, Medicare, and Commercial lines of business.
Beyond the C-Suite, Richard is a sought-after advisor on integrated health delivery models, and artificial intelligence in health adoption and delivery modalities. An Alumnus of UC Berkeley (MBA) and Drake Law (JD), he combines a rigorous legal foundation with a strategic business lens to modernize public health governance.
A Fellow of the ACHE, Richard balances corporate leadership with a commitment to equity, serving on the board of The Bread Project to create economic pathways for the underserved.
